What does the search radius mean?

It's the radius around your dealership's ZIP code that we scan. A 25-mile radius means we find every FSBO listing within 25 miles of you — across all 9 sources.

Can I change my radius later?

Yes, any time. Your subscription price updates immediately. If you expand mid-month, we prorate the difference. If you shrink, it takes effect next billing cycle.

How many users can I add?

Unlimited. We don't charge per seat. Your whole team, all your stores — one subscription.

What platforms does the app run on?

macOS (Apple Silicon + Intel) and Windows 10/11. A native app, not a browser extension — which is why scraping works reliably.

Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?

Yes, monthly subscription. Cancel any time from within the app or by emailing us. No cancellation fees.

Do I need vAuto already?

No. FSBO Auto works standalone. The vAuto integration is optional — connect it if you already have an account.
