Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FSBO Auto, including the desktop application and this website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Triangle Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FSBO Auto is a desktop software application that aggregates publicly listed for-sale-by-owner vehicle listings from third-party sources and presents them to automotive dealers in a lead management interface. The Service does not contact vehicle sellers on your behalf — it surfaces listing information for your manual follow-up.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a licensed automotive dealership to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@triangleventures.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to the full Service requires a paid monthly subscription. Pricing is based on your selected search radius in miles, as displayed on our pricing page. Billing is processed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not provide partial-month refunds. If your payment fails, access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to vehicle sellers.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including violations of applicable consumer protection, telemarketing, or data protection laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the desktop application.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account with third parties outside your dealership.
• Use automated scripts to make excessive API requests or circumvent rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

FSBO Auto aggregates listings from publicly available sources. We do not own, guarantee the accuracy of, or take responsibility for the content of third-party listings. Third-party platforms may change their structure or availability at any time, which may affect what data the Service can retrieve. We make no guarantees about the completeness or freshness of data.

Your use of listing data must comply with applicable law and the terms of the source platforms. You are solely responsible for how you use the leads.

The FSBO Auto software, website, and brand are owned by Triangle Labs LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application on your dealership's devices during your active subscription. This license terminates when your subscription ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead data will be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triangle Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triangle Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
