Privacy Policy

FSBO Auto is operated by Triangle Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our contact email is support@triangleventures.io.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, dealership name, and email address.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe stores it on our behalf under their PCI-compliant infrastructure. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data. The desktop app communicates with our servers to authenticate you and sync subscription status. We may log request metadata (timestamps, IP addresses, endpoints called) for security and debugging purposes. We do not sell this data.

Lead data. Vehicle listing information scraped from public sources is stored locally on your machine in a SQLite database. This data is not transmitted to our servers beyond what is needed for scraper operation.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the FSBO Auto service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To diagnose issues and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Account and authentication data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Billing data is stored by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Your lead data (vehicle listings, notes, statuses) lives entirely on your local device. We do not back it up and do not have access to it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing portal.
• Supabase — authentication and account storage.
• GitHub — hosting of public software releases (no personal data shared).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Triangle Labs LLC, our users, or others.

This website uses minimal cookies required for authentication session management (set by Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels.

You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@triangleventures.io. Account deletion removes your Supabase profile and dealership record. Stripe retains billing records as required by their policies and applicable law.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain records for up to 12 months for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.

FSBO Auto is a professional business tool. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a notice on this website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
